A blank scene or loading error
- Use a current browser with WebGL 2 and hardware acceleration enabled.
- Reload the page once and choose Lightweight graphics before starting.
- Close other graphics-heavy tabs and battery-saving modes if appropriate.
- If 3D remains unavailable, use the route lab. It does not require a 3D graphics device.
Stuttering or a hot device
Pause, reduce the graphics setting and close other apps. Balanced or Lightweight is a good starting point on phones. Stop playing and let the device cool if it becomes uncomfortable.
The bike or pickup button does not respond
Click or tap the game area, then try again. Make sure the shift is not paused. For pickup or delivery, move close to the ring and brake almost to a stop. On touchscreens, hold rather than tap the pedal and steering controls.
Where did my result go?
The current browser demo does not save results between visits. Reloading or restarting clears the run. No cloud save or mobile-to-browser progress transfer is available.
