Missing an item? Try these steps first
- Check your Apple or Google purchase history. A pending, cancelled or declined transaction has not completed.
- Confirm you are using the same store account and platform used for the purchase.
- Connect to the internet, reopen the game and choose Restore purchases. Allow time for the store to verify the transaction.
- Check the shop and your available items again. Do not buy the item a second time as a repair step.
Restoration applies to eligible store purchases. It does not promise recovery of locally stored Credits, demo results or transfer between Apple and Google accounts. Family Sharing eligibility, if offered, will be shown by the store.
Request an Apple refund
Use Apple’s Report a Problem service, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, choose Request a refund and follow the prompts. See Apple’s current refund instructions. Eligibility varies; a request is not a guarantee.
Request a Google Play refund
Follow Google Play’s refund policy and request process. Rules depend on the item, timing, payment method and country. Postly can also help investigate a Google Play purchase where applicable.
After a refund or reversal
The related item can be revoked. If no other qualifying purchase remains valid, the ad-free benefit can end. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, remain unaffected. We do not apply a blanket “all sales final” policy.
