Before you pay
Confirm the item, price, currency and final total. Bicycles can also be earned with Credits; styles are optional. Never purchase the same item again to solve a restore problem.
Keep your recovery code
The game provides a private purchase recovery code before opening Stripe checkout. Save the recovery file somewhere safe. Anyone with the complete code can restore its paid web items. Do not post it, include it in a screenshot or send it to an unverified person.
After checkout
Return to the game and wait for server verification. If access is delayed, reopen Your garage and retry after checking your connection. Cancelled or pending payments do not grant an item. A return-page message is not proof of payment.
Restore on another browser
Open Your garage, expand Optional web purchases & restore, enter the saved code and select Restore web purchases. Eligible paid items become available for equipping after verification. This does not restore earned Credits or Apple/Google purchases.
Still missing an item?
Check the receipt, purchasing platform and connection first. Follow purchase and refund help. If you need Postly support, provide the receipt or transaction reference and the item name. Never send full card details or passwords.
